The animation team is awesome and kind to every guest. They are very talkative and make every guest feel welcome. The mini disco for children is amazing and I would strongly recommend if you have children. Don't listen to the bad reviews, the team gives their all, especially when dealing with children.

We just spend our holidays in the hotel and we enjoy every single minute. The staff is great 😊. Food was delicious with lots of choices. Very nice and clean pools. The beach was small but very clean . Rooms needed little bit of renovation but every day the cleaners change our towels and clean the rooms. We love the animation team who working very hard to make sure everyone is happy. They are simply the best 🫶we have lots of fun and definitely I will be missing them so much ♥️. I definitely recommend this hotel to everyone 🫶♥️♥️♥️

A very disappointing stay. Despite booking the all-inclusive package, we were repeatedly told that water was not included and had to either buy it or remind staff each time to refill from the restaurant. The utensils were all plastic, including spoons and cups. Plates in the restaurant were often dirty, and staff were unresponsive and rude when asked for help. At the pool, you’re required to pay to rent a mattress for the sunbeds. When we complained, the staff said it was "management policy." As for the rooms, despite early booking and informing the hotel that we had a child, they never provided a baby bed . Many families had the same issue. Terrible management and poor service overall. Would not recommend.
