El Paso de las Cigüeñas

I spent a few days with my family at Casa de la Gorda. We were incredibly comfortable, surrounded by nature; it's wonderful. They let us check in early without any problems, allowing us to enjoy the day more. We were able to unwind. We already miss Bombón (the dog who lives on the property). Thank you so much for everything!

The accommodation is not only beautiful, it also has everything you need. The people who run it couldn't be nicer. It's perfect for relaxing as a couple, with friends, or with family, and the location at the foot of Gredos with those views is unbeatable.

A few days to unwind in a quiet and beautiful place, with natural pools to enjoy a gorgeous setting. Angel, one of the hosts, is a wonderful person. When I told him the air conditioning wasn't working, he installed a new one the next day, and then gave me a box of eggs from his chickens and a jar of delicious paprika. He was very attentive and friendly, and very pleasant to deal with. To put a negative point, I'd just say they should update a few more things, like the electrical outlets, which are stuck with duct tape and are scary. They should also keep things clean a bit more, because the beds had some hairs, and the coffee maker is also useless because it's missing a filter, and I had to throw away all the coffee. A few outlets or bug spray wouldn't be bad either, because we're in the countryside, but inside the house, I got sick of killing a bit of everything, including some cobwebs. Otherwise, everything was fantastic, and Angel is an incredible man. Thank you, Angel, for your kindness.
