El Primero Hotel

Where do I even begin with this incredible hotel? First and foremost thanks to the kind and accommodating staff for making me and my partner feel so welcomed from the moment we walked into the reception. At one point we asked for some water at reception and the receptionist offered her own water bottle, just one example of how far they would go for their guests! Secondly, the amenities are amazing, forgot to take a picture of our room but it was spacious, includes a tv with Netflix, air conditioning, a kettle as well as soap, body wash and shampoo in the bathrooms. The included breakfast is delicious and has something for everyone - with yummy fruits, pastries, eggs, cheeses and meats to choose from. The seating area is right next to the pool so we loved being able to go from eating then right to our sun beds in the morning. The beach is just a few steps away too, baring a cute bar, loungers, and panoramic views of the whole city. Delicious beverages served from the hotel bar and the beach bar. Yes, it could be noted that the hotel is a bit further out from the main city of Sarande, but this is great for those wishing to stay in a quieter area where there is minimal noise at night and the town is easily reached by taxi or walking (although don’t let the taxi drivers charge you more than 2000 lek for a drive). There is plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, I recommend visiting Troy restaurant for a take away pizza or pasta and eating it next to the sunset! Thanks again to the hotel for giving us a safe haven to look forward to returning to at night, and we hope to come back next summer, maybe for an even longer stay!

Loved our stay here! Rooms were so nice and clean, beds were comfortable. The shower felt massive after some other hotels we stayed in. The staff was lovely and accommodating, and the breakfast was nice. But best of all were the views from the room balconies, the relaxing pool, and the location right on the beach! Felt very relaxed after our stay here and would come back in a heartbeat!

nice hotel! luscious appearance! hospitable! friendly staff! very well maintained and clean! beautiful private beach that you can use for free with daily clean beach towels. music not too loud at the beach but more lounge/bosa nova. Breakfast excellent, not a crowded room but very serene. In short, you can relax here in a wonderful atmosphere. Parking behind a barrier. In addition, you can take a dip in the pool without the feeling that your belongings are being stolen. Check-in went smoothly, as did the entire stay. The room is nice and very clean and matches the photos on the booking site.
