I really enjoyed my stay with my family in EL Resort Hotel. Clean and nice accommodations, lovely super design, attentive and professional staff, top service made my stay unforgettable. Highly recommended. Thanks for everything.

I had high hopes based on the reviews, but this hotel was a real letdown. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was poor – dust, dirty corners, and an overall lack of care. It didn’t feel like anyone was paying attention to hygiene or basic upkeep. The staff were unfriendly and unprofessional, often acting as if guests were a burden. Several looked completely unpresentable – messy uniforms and no sense of hospitality whatsoever. The spa was in terrible condition – run-down facilities, unpleasant smells, and a general sense of neglect. What’s meant to be a relaxing space felt more like an afterthought. The general attitude was cold and dismissive. I didn't feel welcomed or looked after at any point during my stay. What truly puzzles me is how this place has such positive reviews. I honestly wonder what standards those reviewers have, or where they’ve stayed before. Definitely not a place I’d return to or recommend.
