El Taj Oceanfront and Beachside Condo Hotel

Loved this place and would stay here again. Nice environment, great rooms, and two pools. Right on the beach. Close to most things you want to do. Can arrange transportation to those activities you can't walk to. Very friendly and helpful at front desk and concierge. We stayed in Number 317. 2-bedroom, 2 bathroom. 2 pools.

Run for the hills... It's a shame such a beautiful hotel has the worst customer service EVER. Don't ruin your vacation coming to a place where the manager Javier is a bold face liar. They will charge you an arm and a leg for a dirty sheet and will hold you hostage until they finish washing the sheets to see if with soap they will come out. This is a horrible place to come and bring your pets. Our penthouse was dripping with water and my mom almost slipped. There are No TVs in any of the rooms and it took them 3 days to come and bring a box. Absolutely horrific service and you understand why when the managers and supervisors don't give a hoot. They will overcharge you and keep your deposit. They will lie to you about stuff just so they keep your deposit. Totally ruined my vacation with my family. You work so hard all year round to enjoy and you leave with the worst experience. Please DI NOT buy anything here. This management company is absolutely horrible!!!!!!!!

Kenneth please don't save face with these lies. $500 for sheets??? Please have some respect for your guests. Your employees have a nasty attitude and are liars. Your manager Javier backed out of his promise and they took my deposit. Your incompetent security guard across the street motioned me to park and I caused so much damage to my car that I'm beyond thankful I had full coverage. 3 days of my stay I had to park off-site because your staff parks in the limited 25 parking spaces you have inside. You guys have 4 TVs inside the penthouse suite with NO basic tv channels. It took your staff 3 days to bring a box My master suite had continuous leaks from the AC where my 76 year old mother almost slipped. I had no service my first 2 days and the 3rd day I come down at 730an to ask for basic towels and trash bags I get an attitude from one of your lady desk ppl giving me attitude where the only decent employee Samuel along with the amazing Isidro who went way above and beyond salvaged the situation immediately. We vacation once per year with our hard earned money with our families for your rude and ridiculous staff to ruin it. Please don't insult my sincerity for future guests as I relay openly and honestly of my very own experience. There is absolutely no way my pets made over $500 in damage. Just say you and your company are thieves and just take our money. It is a shame that instead of taking action to improve your staff's integrity you chuck it to a false review. I urge anyone who even thinks of buying anything there like I was to never ever go near this place. Your management team is terrible and it would be a nightmare to have to deal with you guys on a daily basis. You can excuse all you want but my sincere experience because of your staff was one of the worst. Just terrible and with the worst ending. I hope you take the time to review and investigate so your future guests don't go through a terrible ordeal like my family and I did. Total thumbs down.
