I've just come home 🏡 from 10 nights. This hotel is fantastic. The staff go above and beyond. The food is consistently excellent. The atmosphere and facilities are fabulous. I loved every minute I spent there. I WILL BE RETURNING NEXT YEAR but FOR 2 WEEKS because 19 nights wasn't long enough. Thank you all for making my holiday in Puerto de la Cruz the best solo holiday I've ever had. Sara ❤️
Recently returned from a 2 week stay. Fantastic hotel lovely friendly staff very clean rooms. Great food served. Lovely pool area. Can’t fault anything made to feel very welcomed and really enjoyed our stay will definitely return and recommend
This hotel is impossible if you have any mobility problems. You need to either go up and down a set of steep public stairs with only some handrails or a very steep road. The beds are very comfortable and it’s nice to have a view from the balcony. Staff are surly and rarely smile. The shower is very slippy and unsafe. Room was basic and tired with no information provided about either the hotel or surrounding area. I don’t appreciate a room with cockroaches! Facilities to make tea or coffee would be appreciated. I appreciate the hotel is under renovation but that wasn’t really a problem. The roof top bar was nice.
