Awesome place. Staff is very kind and helpful. It is a peaceful, beautiful and wonderful hidden gem. The food is amazing, the views are breathtaking and they offer as well the most extraordinary experience in the flying boat. You have to take a minichiva motorized vehicle to go to town. Totally recommend. Thank you 😊😊
great secluded location. breakfast was included with fresh local fruit, coffee, hot cocoa as well as fresh natural juices with nothing added. staff very attentive, friendly and warm. they made me feel at home. nice setting. hamaca, nice sitting areas.
Had a really lovely experience here! 6/5 stars for customer service! The team at Cabañas El Trebol were so attentive. The day we arrived they brought us a hot jug of delicious hot chocolate and small croissants and cheese. We got contact numbers for tuktuk drivers and for restaurants who do delivery. The resort is a 10 minute drive from town, located at the very tip of a peninsula dipping into the lake. There is a beautiful view of the Rock of Guatape. Note: Be prepared! You will need to order a TukTuk to travel to the Rock and to town. The wifi is a bit spotty and the rooms are cosy (and small). Bring a jacket because it gets chilly!
