Ela Excellence Resort Belek

We had an amazing family stay at Ela Resort in Belek. Our room had a private pool — a real luxury that made the experience unforgettable! Perfect for relaxing while the kids had fun nearby. The resort offers fantastic family-friendly amenities: kids’ club, water slides, daily entertainment, and great food options. The staff was kind and professional, and everything was clean and comfortable. Highly recommended for families looking for both fun and relaxation in a beautiful setting. We’ll definitely be coming back!

I just spent two weeks in Ela. Location of the hotel is great. Design very comfortable. Beautiful gardens. Great idea with drinks that you can order directly to the pool or beach. Unfortunately, the personnel is an overall disappointment, almost no option to communicate in English apart from assistants. The assistant service is an unnecessary intermediary, they do not get things done but forward your requests to departments. And these forwarded requests are rarely followed up unless you really press them. Cleanliness of rooms - mediocre; we had ants in the apartment, when we ask the service to remove it they came with pesticide sprays (inside rooms). Ants return and what Ela can offer is only more pesticides more often. So decide for yourself what you prefer: sleeping in rooms that are sprayed with pesticides every second day or just come to terms with having ants with you for entire stay. Cleanliness of surroundings: we had neighbors who had the habit of leaving used glass and cutlery outside. Even when we asked assistants to clean it, it stayed there for at least one-two days. Food is overall good, but we happened to be served once desserts with plastic wraps inside and once a spoiled butter with fungus on it. Overall, Ela is a 4 star experience.

Pros: 1. The resort is set in a beautifully landscaped environment with stunning gardens that create a relaxing atmosphere. 2. Service is generally excellent, especially the helpful and attentive Ela Assistants. 3. The hotel exudes a luxurious vibe, both in design and ambiance. 4. There's a great variety of drinks available throughout the day. 5. The 24/7 restaurant is a convenient option, especially for late-night cravings. Cons: 1. The quality and variety of food at both the buffet and à la carte restaurants were disappointing and surprisingly below expectations, especially considering the hotel's price point. We've had better food at far more affordable hotels. 2. Entertainment is very limited. The animation team lacks energy, and the overall selection of activities is minimal, making it easy to get bored. The kids' club is also quite average in size and offerings and definitely not as impressive as advertised. 3. The air conditioning in our room was weak and struggled to cool the space properly. 4. There was an unpleasant smell in the room that didn't go away during our stay. 5. The water park is underwhelming and doesn't live up to the standards set by similar resorts.
