Elaf Kinda Hotel

A successful choice of accommodation, in terms of location near the Holy Mosque, and in terms of cleanliness and room service, the service provided by Mr. Imran was excellent. What made the experience even better was the hotel management's cooperation in handling the reservation. Although my reservation was made through an intermediary company, I found them responsive and provided suitable solutions with flexibility and professionalism. They are commendable and rewarded for their efforts in ensuring the service of the guests of God. A very positive experience, and I look forward to staying again in the future, God willing.

I came in after hajj. Great place, Lifts many and fast, many intelligent sensors foe lighting. Easy to go down and straight to tawaf area. Surau attach with the masjid corridor and can pray from surau for elderies or times with masjidil haram imam. Foods, water pharmacy, bus station are within 1 to 5 min walk. All staff are very nicr and helpfull. Breakfast many need some improvement for variaties for asian people

I had a wonderful stay at Elaf Kinda. The staff at the reception were exceptionally kind and welcoming, and I am especially grateful for being allowed to check in early, which made my trip much more convenient. The bell boy, Raju, was extremely helpful and accommodating throughout my stay, ensuring everything went smoothly. Although the room size felt a bit small, it was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I also appreciated the complimentary fruits, even if they were provided only once during my four-day stay. Overall, the service and hospitality more than made up for any minor details. A great experience, and I would gladly stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a warm and professional hotel in Makkah!
