Very nice hotel. Staff is very cooperative. Housekeeping is excellent. Breakfast buffet has not many varieties but is excellent if compared with the price for the room that is inclusive of breakfast buffet. Peaceful and calm environment. Only drawback is that it's quite far from the ladies gate 15 min walk approx. Overall very good hotel at a very reasonable price.
Good value for money. Staff is welcoming and helpful. Housekeeping is good. Breakfast buffet is not bad, few choices but good taste, especially the "foul" :)
Rooms are small You have to keep on requesting for simple things as hand towels, floor mats We booked a room for three adults, but amenities provided were only for two, eg two mugs, two glasses. So a triple room in effect was just an extra bed Distance from the hotel to the entrance of Masjid Nabawi gate 8 is almost 1km Breakfast was ver basic and limited choices. Once again, you have to request for items you would like to have, eg, eggs omelette. If anything in the buffet is finished, it's not immediately refilled. The service manager at the breakfast restaurant was not friendly. At the time of booking a shuttle service to Masjid Nabawi was offered. However, when we got there we were told that the shuttle service was discontinued.
