Second stay here and love it. The beds are some of the most comfortable I've ever slept in. It's conveniently located for me to visit my grandparents who live nearby. The staff is always very friendly and attentive. Nice bar downstairs to unwind after a long day.
Stayed for a work conference, was clean, easy to get to. No coffee or tea in the rooms which was disappointing, and generally not a lot available in the hotel other than your room! Would have liked a gym to access as it is a hotel obviously for conferences. We ate in the restuarant, seemed over priced for what we got.
I wanted to change my stay by 1 day almost 2 months before the date. No exchange, no partial refund, no flexibility of any kind.
