The hotel is in a beautiful location, surrounded by mountains on all sides. The breakfast is plentiful, fresh, delicious, with a wide selection. Gluten-free breakfast is provided every day. Everyone is kind, helpful and friendly, it seems that they want every guest to feel good. Thank you very much for your work, it was very good and relaxing to be here!

Great Stay at the Newly Renovated KUHotel at Steinplatte! We were thoroughly impressed! The formerly old hotel has been completely renovated and now shines in a modern and stylish Ku-look (their branding is KUHotel) The service was always friendly and attentive, and the facilities left nothing to be desired – from the rooms to the leisure amenities. The location is perfect: whether hiking, skiing, or exploring the area – everything is easily accessible. We especially loved the rich breakfast ( and dinner) buffet. The hotel is also great for kids: they had plenty of play opportunities, made new friends, and even enjoyed the in-house cinema – making even rainy days a fun experience. All in all, a completely positive stay – we’d love to come back!

No word can express how this place is beautiful. We traveled with our two year old twin and it was magical. There was alot of entertainment for the kids from outdoor play area to indoor play area ,out and indoor swimming area . The restaurant meals were amazing the forget not The standard, quality and kindness of the staff. We were served continuously by Georg who was very helpful and went above our expectations by serving our kids extras . The whole team was really kind and helpful with our Terrible two kids who could not keep calm. The ambiance of the hotel is breathtaking. A place I would love to come and experience all the four seasons. The air is so different that you just feel the village atmosphere away from busy city life.
