We had a great stay as a family of five! Both apartments were clean, spacious, and perfect for our needs. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. Great value for money, especially with the nearby all you can eat & drink buffet plus supermarket and kitchen facilities inside the apartment. Would definitely stay again! Almost forgot to mention, free coffee and tea at the lobby such a lovely touch 👍🏼☕️
Stayed at the Elaya last December for one night and it was my worst experience in Germany by far. Got to the room 214, which had an intense humidity smell. After a few hours, I decided to take a shower and suddenly cockroaches started to come out everywhere (see photos attached). I went to the reception and the only thing they were able to do is to offer me another room. Nothing more has been done despite the pictures and videos I showed. No compensation was offered. Simply run away from this place.
I was in this hotel for 4 days. For 4 days, no one cleaned the room. They only took the towels from the floor and the trash. When I asked to change the bed linen, they refused. It's horrible.
