The hotel is great and the service is beautiful and the location is around 20 minutes away from the city center. The water park is great The rooms are fine and great but the bathroom needs improvement a little bit
I had an awesome time at Elegance Resort Hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The staff were super friendly and always ready to help. Location is nice. Breakfast was tasty with lots of options. Would definitely stay here again!
Stay aeay , hotel staff are dishonest, rooms are old , bathrooms are falling appart , cheating on transportation services as much as they can , charging 10 times more than local taxi , they dont disclose prices up front , absolutely anaccaptable , I wouldn't give 2 stars . It should be concidered as road motel not Hotel and surly not a Resort .
