great boarding house for students of Epsom Girls Grammer School. convenient to the city, local shopping centre and leisure activities.
Epsom House is a boarding house for Epsom Girls Grammar School (EGGs), it is not open for public.
Would not recommend this place. Booked for a concert, when we got there it had been doubled booked leaving us to spend ages finding some very expensive last minute accommodation. Otherwise would've been a great location and spacious house.
