Element Al Jaddaf Dubai

We’re currently staying at this hotel with our family and everything has been absolutely wonderful so far. The staff has been incredibly welcoming and helpful, and the overall environment is very comfortable and family-friendly. What truly touched us was the beautiful surprise arranged by the hotel for our son’s birthday – they sent a complimentary cake to our room! It was such a thoughtful gesture and really made the day extra special for him (and for us!). We’re thoroughly enjoying our stay and really appreciate the hospitality and care shown by the team. Looking forward to the rest of our time here!

One of the best hotels in Dubai in terms of service, excellent reception, and cleanliness of the room. I was surprised that the room was a fully equipped studio with a large refrigerator, washing machine, and microwave. It was really a wonderful experience. The breakfast buffet was more than wonderful and varied. I highly recommend it for accommodation.
