Element By Westin Bali Ubud

I stayed over a weekend in Ubud, the location was good enough to be not too far from the center but not too close, there are shuttle buses available for transit between Ubud center with reservation, and I had tried to book once but it was full. However Grab is easy to get and the location was close enough so you’re not stuck in traffic too much. The rooms are nice enough, and clean enough. The breakfast was good, with multiple options. The restaurant overlooks the swimming pool which gives a nice breeze. The most amazing thing is after I had left the hotel, I found out I lost a jacket on Friday ( and I left on Sunday) so I contacted the hotel and they were able to find it and return it to me! Which was absolutely kind and amazing of the staff!

A beautiful hotel with plenty of peace and quiet, and just a short walk to the center of Ubud. We felt very comfortable and welcome. The hustle and bustle of the old town is easily accessible by shuttle unfortunately runs too infrequently, taxi, or on foot. However, traffic is heavy throughout the day. The breakfast was excellent. There was everything from sweet to savory. It was actually a brunch! Highly recommended for a city tour. The staff are almost beside themselves with genuine, not fake friendliness. It was a very pleasant stay!

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The rooms and bathrooms were spacious and very comfortable. As a Marriott Elite member, I booked using points transferred from my credit card, and the entire process was seamless. The front office staff were extremely welcoming and went out of their way to accommodate our needs. A lovely highlight was when my 2-year-old daughter received a cute gift bag with coloring pencils and a book and she loved it. This kind of personal touch truly reflects the hospitality of the staff. Located slightly away from the Ubud center, Hence it’s calm and serene. They also offer a free hourly shuttle to the town center. The only reason I’m giving this a 4 instead of a 5-star rating is due to the laundry service. Some of my daughter’s clothes were returned with food stains still visible. While they did offer a discount coupon, the service itself was not inexpensive, and I expected a higher standard from Marriott. That said, this minor issue didn’t dampen our experience, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended for families.
