Excellent chalet all-around. The house itself feels brand new, rooms are spacious and it is fully equipped with all that’s needed for the stay (kitchen equipment, fire place, private sauna, ski room and even a BBQ). The location couldn’t have been better, direct access to the slope and a very manageable 20 min walk into town. Lukas was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond throughout our stay. Can’t think of anything to improve or anything to complain about. We are already planning when to return!
The Elements Chalet was incredible. Even more beautiful in person than in the pictures. The location as a ski in ski out was so convenient. The town of Zermatt itself was breathtaking. Everything about this is a 5 out of 5 stars. I will note the travel from the US was extremely long and difficult and I would NOT recommend arriving at night as there is a small hike to the chalet. Be prepared for a 3 hour drive or 5 hour train plus a few taxi rides as the town doesn’t allow cars. I’m sure Lukas can help advise. He’s super helpful and friendly!
We noticed the Elements Chalet's during a ski trip back in 2024 on our way down from Furi and immediately wanted to stay there for our next trip. We rented 2 chalets for a group of 16 people for 1 week in March of 2025. The location could not be more perfect. They are situated just down the hill from Zum See/Hennu Stall, and offer a short trip down to the base gondola to get on the slopes first thing. Lukas helped us organize our transport both into and out of Zermatt. He provided assistance with getting all of our skis and luggage up to the chalets using a gasoline-powered mover. This made a huge difference as the walk up is somewhat steep and is about a 300-400 meter walk. Due to our large group, Lukas kindly assisted us with multiple trips up and down the hill. The chalets have modern decorations with a local Swiss mountain flair. The kitchens are well stocked and included some essentials such as basic spices and oils. The saunas were clean and heated up quickly. Bedrooms are setup in an ideal way for large groups, as they are isolated and each has their own bathroom/shower. The closest grocery store is the Migros in town, which is about a 25 minute hike+walk. It was a bit difficult to get all of our groceries up the hill, but with a few extra hands it was no big deal. I would highly recommend the Elements chalets. We would love to stay here again.
