I originally booked 5 nights at this hotel, but I was so impressed by the quality of the service and comfort that I ended up extending my stay for 2 more nights — and I’m so glad I did. From the moment I arrived, everything was flawless. The staff were warm, professional, and genuinely attentive, making me feel welcome and well cared for throughout my entire stay. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. The bed was perfect for a restful sleep, and the bathroom was modern and well-maintained. Everything was quiet and peaceful, which made it even better. The shared spaces were beautifully designed — open, well-lit, and cozy, ideal for relaxing or getting some work done. You can tell that great care goes into keeping everything in top condition. The location is also a big plus: safe, convenient, and close to transport and local attractions. Honestly, it’s rare to find a place that balances quality, comfort, and service this well. I’ll definitely be coming back, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a truly enjoyable stay.

The rooms are very clean, equipped with a little kitchenette and spacious enough to roll out your yoga mat. The staff is very friendly and helpful in any way. The nearest car park costs 400TL per day (February 2025). Easy accessibility to cafes, restaurants, sights, public transport. Extremely pet-friendly (we could easily bring our dog). All in all, very worth the money!

Our recent stay at the Element Garden Hotel in Istanbul's Taksim area presented a blend of appealing location and notable drawbacks that potential guests should consider. Location: Conveniently Situated The hotel's prime asset is undoubtedly its location. Situated within a comfortable distance from Taksim's central shopping hubs, it offers easy access to the vibrant energy of the city. This makes it a convenient base for exploring the area's attractions and amenities. Rooms: Spacious but Functionally Limited We were pleased to find that our room resembled a suite, offering ample space. However, this spaciousness was unfortunately not complemented by practical furnishings for business travelers or those needing a dedicated workspace. The absence of a proper laptop table and chair, or indeed any suitable writing surface, significantly hindered productivity. While the room was generally clean, the lack of complimentary water in the refrigerator was a minor oversight. On a positive note, the provision of sufficient coffee, cream, and tea within the suite's kitchenette was appreciated. The Significant Drawback: Noise Isolation The most significant detractor from our experience was the appalling lack of soundproofing. The walls offered virtually no barrier to noise, making for a highly disruptive stay. We could clearly hear conversations, and even subtle sounds like a sneeze, from neighboring rooms. On one occasion, loud discussions from a family and a group of women just two doors away made it incredibly difficult to sleep. This lack of acoustic privacy is a serious concern for light sleepers or those seeking a peaceful environment. Breakfast: Basic and Lacking The breakfast offered was quite basic and lacked variety. Furthermore, the taste was unremarkable. This aspect of the hotel could certainly benefit from improvement to enhance the overall guest experience. Other Aspects: Generally Acceptable with a Notable Positive Aside from the noise and breakfast, the hotel was generally acceptable. We encountered no other significant issues. It's worth noting that the receptionist on duty during our checkout was exceptionally pleasant and helpful, leaving a positive final impression. Overall Recommendation: Proceed with Caution While the Element Garden Hotel boasts a desirable location and spacious rooms, the severe lack of soundproofing is a major concern that significantly impacts the comfort and quality of stay. The basic breakfast and lack of workspace in the rooms are also points to consider. Recommendation: If you are a heavy sleeper or prioritize location above all else and do not require a quiet environment or workspace, this hotel might be suitable. However, light sleepers and business travelers who value peace and functionality should be aware of the potential for significant disturbance and the limited in-room amenities. The friendly service at checkout was a positive note, but it does not outweigh the fundamental issues experienced during our stay.
