Although the hotel is a bit far from the city center, the stay was very pleasant. It was quiet and clean. The housekeeping staff were also extremely thoughtful. I’ll be back again next time. ❤️‍🩹

For the price and the size of the room, the value for money is definitely worth it for a short stay. Its in a complex with 3 other bonvoy hotel. As a member of bonvoy Marriott this hotel is probably one of the better ones. Tho the location is a bit far away from city center but it was fine when we order all the deliveries

All smoke and mirrors, the staff are rude and incompetent, simple tasks such as taking payment turn into complex maths equations and result in 3 payments and 2 refunds which do not make any sense. Do not expect a simple process. For example you pay 6000 when you arrive and the room cost is 5500. You would expect 500 returned when you leave, no they refund 3000 and ask you to pay the difference 2500, which is subject to a very high card fee and bear in mind the refund takes up to 3 working days. I was here with my friend and they refunded the 3000 by sending me 700 and my friend 2300. I work in health care and many challenged individuals would be able to figure out the difference of 6000 - 5500 very quickly. When they refund the deposit amount they then ask you to pay again and even when the money is refunded you are subject to exchange fees and again when they ask you to pay the balance. My 12 year old son would be able to do maths better than Cynthia if that is her real. Rooms okay Spa very difficult to swim you need a swimming cap. Internet is completely unusable when asked if you can upgrade they laugh like you don’t have work to do and blame it on everyone else using it but I find it hard to imagine anyone is using it No room service yet robots deliver takeaway food but can’t deliver food from their own kitchen . Coffee will cost you more than a taxi or a takeaway meal. Coffee machine is always broken My conclusion is this hotel is self proclaiming themselves as a 5 star establishment. I’ve had better service at premier inn. My biggest pet peeve is their maths ablity you know it’s bad when they need a calculator and you do not especially when try to split the bill at dinner. And then they look at you like you’re trying to rob them. To end it all off the English ablity at this hotel compared to the lovely McDonald’s worker I met near Baimar market is inferior. Come to this hotel if you love riddles and maths equations.
