Element Kuala Lumpur

Lovely hotel in the heart of KL. Stayed two nights and loved it. My room was on level 50 offering sweeping views of KL"s skyline. The rooms are spacious with a microwave and kitchenette too. Service is warm and friendly and ordered room service a few times as well and the food was decent. They have a nice indoor pool with a gym and laundry too. Overall a great stay and will gladly want to visit again. Only problem in my stay was the lifts which took a little while to arrive and could be a problem during rush hour.

I had a wonderful 6D5N stay here. The room was big and clean and I love the kitchenette area. The Aircon was nice and cold. Breakfast spread was pretty good for price point. I would like to commend the front desk staff Joshua and Silvia who made my stay very welcoming. Checking in and out was a breeze as well. Will definitely be back here the next time I'm in KL.

It was very unfortunate that this is the first Westin Hotel related hotel I stayed that did not provide Shower Gel in the bathroom (I had to request for it) and there was a disgusting stain on the bed. For a 5-star hotel, it’s really disappointing. I stayed at Intercontinental Hotel for 2 night before staying here, and for a much older hotel, they maintained their rooms very well. Plus point about the Element is the pool. It’s an indoor heated pool with a nice view. So that was pretty awesome. Plus they had a laundry room with 2 huge washing machines & dryers each. RM12 for washing & another RM12 for using the dryer. Very convenient. Hope Element by Westin will improve on their cleanliness.
