Excellent staff and lovely place to be. Having a great time with family here for our long stay. Very convenient place and easy access to all main attractions around. Service staff is very helpful. My stay at the hotel was very pleasant. The service was great, and the staff were friendly and attentive. I really appreciated that they allowed me to check in early, which made my arrival much more comfortable. One of the highlights of my visit was the lovely surprise they arranged for my birthday a beautifully presented cake delivered to my room. It was a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture that made my day extra special. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and the personal touch. Highly recommended!
The staff are very friendly and welcoming all the time. The service was excellent, and the staff was helpful. Breakfast is fine and met the expectations. BUT the room AC was terrible. It felt like staying in a freezer without any option to control the temperature and the walls are not isolating the sound properly. Special Thanks to Ms. Manal for her hospitality and excellent service.
