Alfonso at the reception is the best !!! Thanks a lot for the great tips around the city. Great location, clean rooms, not noisy. The balcony at a small extra charge was definitely worth it. Would definitely return there.

We don’t understand where they got the good reviews from. Currently staying here while electricity, water supply is poor or non existent what makes flushing the toilet or even brushing your teeth a no go. WiFi is turning on and off, floors are dirty and the airconditioning in the room is louder than sitting in a plane. After making a complaint about these above issues the hotel doesn’t want to comply or come up with a solution. Please for your own happy holiday, don’t come here!
