Elephant Reach

We had a lovely time at Elephant Reach Hotel. The overall experience was very good. The staff were truly exceptional.friendly, attentive, and always willing to help, which made our stay even more pleasant. The food was tasty with a good variety, and the surroundings were beautiful with lots of greenery, making it a peaceful escape. The pool was clean and well-maintained, and the spa services were excellent very relaxing and professional. The only area that could be improved is the WiFi, which was a bit weak in certain areas. But apart from that, it was a very enjoyable and comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend for anyone visiting Yala!

We really had a great time here. This is really a great resort. Some of the rooms are chalets so it’s Completely private. The chalets are around the massive crystal clear and well kept pool. The staff are very kind and helpful. The place is very clean and staff were seen regularly cleaning the common areas including the pool area. The ambience is calm and serene with trees and greenery all around. The breakfast was amazing. It is buffet style and has both local products and also English breakfast. Very wide choice. Overall highly recommended. We would surely return

SPA: A truly wonderful experience — relaxing, professional, and the best part of my stay. Restaurant: The Mongolian station looked very appealing, but I noticed the same pan was used to cook both pork and chicken. As Muslims do not consume pork, having separate utensils would help make the experience enjoyable for guests with dietary restrictions. Room Service: I requested a blanket at night, but unfortunately it didn’t arrive despite a few follow-up calls which was quite disappointing. Overall: With a few small improvements in service and food handling, this hotel has the potential to provide an excellent experience for all guests.
