We cannot say enough about our experience at Elephant Rock Hotel—it was truly unforgettable and the perfect choice for our wedding reception dinner, guest accommodations, and wedding night stay. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality and customer service were unmatched. Every single staff member made us and our guests feel so welcome and taken care of—we were genuinely blown away by the warmth and professionalism throughout our entire stay. A very special thank you goes to Joanne, the General Manager, who went above and beyond in every way imaginable. She made sure every detail was perfect for our celebration and made us feel like royalty. We absolutely could not have picked a better place to host such an important part of our big day. The food was outstanding, from cocktails to dessert—every bite was memorable. The style and atmosphere of the hotel are a whole vibe: modern yet cozy, elegant yet relaxed. It was the ideal setting for both celebration and relaxation, and all of our guests were raving about their stay. If you’re ever in Northern Ireland, visiting Portrush and staying at Elephant Rock Hotel should be a non-negotiable part of your itinerary. Whether you’re planning a special event or just passing through, you’ll be so glad you chose this gem of a hotel. I honestly wish I could leave infinite stars for this review-we know we’ll be back!

We cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience at Elephant Rock! We chose this hotel as the home base for our wedding elopement, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions we made. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed, celebrated, and truly special. Every detail was thoughtfully handled from the rooms, the special family dinner, and the staff (that helped with a very picky eater) They even surprised us with a sweet congratulatory touch that made us feel so seen and cared for. The team’s warmth, professionalism, and genuine excitement for our special day made everything feel even more magical. Wedding or not, we can't recommend Elephant Rock enough. They were a huge part of making our wedding unforgettable

I cannot speak highly enough about this lovely place. Was here with friends on Saturday night and the standards of everything were exceptional. The staff are so kind and accommodating. Exceptional cleanliness throughout. It is obvious there is such a passion from everyone for this place and for the customer service. It is also obvious that staff are well treated and respected from management and rightly so as they are the core of it all!! I have not given a rating for the rooms as I am local and not experienced this but have no doubt they are amazing! Well done Elephant Rock, you all should be so proud!
