Elevation Hotel & Spa

Visited June 2025 We only spent one night at Elevation Hotel & Spa, but it was enough to win us over completely. From the moment we arrived, every staff member, from the valet crew to the front desk to the friendly team at the lobby bar, was warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. The hotel itself is absolutely gorgeous, full of those elevated Colorado mountain lodge details that make you feel like you're on a luxury getaway without ever losing that cozy, rustic charm. Our room? Spotless, quiet, and oh-so-comfy. The beds were on the softer side with dreamy luxury linens that made it hard to get up the next morning. And the views! Wow. Waking up to that scenery is exactly what you hope for on a Colorado mountain escape. Would we stay here again? In a heartbeat.

Kevin and the bell staff made our first stay exceptional. The bellhops were incredibly kind and helpful. Kevin, at the front desk, made check-in a breeze. He was welcoming and assisted us with a last-minute room change request, showing excellent attention to detail and hospitality. While the housekeeping department needs serious improvement, our overall stay was outstanding. Kevin's service was so remarkable that he should train others on hospitality.

Friendly staff, excellent walkable location, good on-site bars and food. Quiet despite lots of families and dogs. The spa is outstanding - the milk and honey wrap was the best spa experience of my life. So relaxing, excellent product, delivered expertly by really nice staff. Worth the splurge. Only downside is many rooms have a not so nice view of each other and the ugly 2nd floor roof, but I love that you get a balcony with fresh air and at least a partial view of the mountain.
