Eleven Hotel Bangkok Sukhumvit 11

The first time I stay here, I immediately had access to my favourite restaurant too! The hotel is clean and there is a bunker for children, the breakfast is also varied, and everything is delicious! For me, living here is very strategic. Near everywhere.

the location of this hotel was certainly excellent, the food was slightly disappointing and the buffet in the morning was slightly chaotic. The rooms were beautiful however cleanliness was poor. When i arrived into my hotel room i noticed under the bed wasn’t properly vacuumed as i found some food. The rooms weren’t sound proof and couldn’t sleep at night due to noisy neighbours talking really loud all night. On the positive, the beds were extremely comfortable. Not to be all negative however my kids accidentally knocked over the bottle of water provided by the hotel. Understandably we were charged, so we called the staff to help us clear the glass as it was scattered everywhere for safety of my children, the staff aimlessly collected the shards of glass and didn’t properly clean it or mop the floor. one of my children cut their foot.

Had a nice stay in this hotel. Clean, comfortable. However the end of my stay was tarnished by the lack of service given by the hotel staff. I ordered room service one night, 4 dishes. One of the dishes was inedible. Hard, cold meat. I rang straight away to give it back and they took it, refused me a refund though. I followed up with receptionist staff and same again. The staff caused a huge scene in the lobby having 6 people speak to me at once. Had to leave because I was so embarrassed of the behaviour of this staff, refund wasn’t even worth it. Don’t recommend.
