The owner of this small, friendly boutique hotel in the heart of old Tbilisi is such a friendly individual. The rooms are very nice and clean. Bathrooms are clean but a tad bit dated. The location is smack in the centre of the old city which makes walking everywhere so convenient.

Nice cozy little place. We spend 4 nights there. Service is a bit lacking as they have less staff and is a small hotel. But the staff are extremely polite and well mannered. Hotel is at the end of a steep slope but has markets as well as great food options nearby. Highly recommended
