Elexus Hotel Resort & Spa

Upon entering the hotel, we were quite impressed by the beautifully laid-out lobby. However, we were a bit disappointed to discover that we couldn’t pay our entrance fee in cash and had to use a card, which was unfortunate since we had cash on hand. Nevertheless, we decided to put that aside and carry on with our day. We first visited the pool area, which was beautifully designed, and there was a lovely bar nearby. A bit of constructive feedback: it would be nice to have fans inside the bar area and some food options, as we initially wanted to have lunch there but ended up going to the restaurant instead. It would be very convenient to have poolside food service. We then went to the restaurant and enjoyed a pleasant meal. Afterwards, we headed back to the main pool area, but unfortunately, all the sunbeds had been taken. We found another, more secluded pool area that was quite peaceful. Walking back up to the lobby from there, we were met with a rather foul smell, which wasn’t very pleasant. It seemed to be near what looked like a dump, with black smoke drifting into the atmosphere—something that definitely needs addressing. As for the bar, I do love my tea, and I had my own teabags with me. The bar staff were happy to accommodate me with a hot cup of water so I could enjoy my own brew, which was a lovely touch. Overall, it was a pleasant day and we enjoyed ourselves, despite a few minor issues. It’s okay, and I’d say there’s potential for improvement.

I stayed at this hotel a few days ago and I’m extremely disappointed. I paid a lot of money, but the service was very poor – it felt more like a 3-star hotel. The exterior of the hotel looks nice, and the food was decent, but the service was terrible. Housekeeping was unacceptable; they didn’t replace the towels or provide bathroom essentials unless we called and requested them every time – it felt like begging for basic things. Nothing lived up to the standards of a 5-star hotel. The bathroom was very high, and getting into the tub felt dangerous, especially for children due to the risk of slipping. Despite raising these issues, no one seemed to care. I had a much better experience at the Concorde Hotel. I regret listening to the travel agent – this was a big mistake. The worst part was that they gave us bed sheets stained with blood – it was disgusting and completely unacceptable.

My experience at this hotel was very disappointing: I booked 3 rooms for 7 nights for my family and requested that the rooms be next to each other, but they gave us two rooms together and the third in a completely different building, which ruined our trip. Upon arrival, we had to wait a long time to check in, even though I had tired kids with me. I slipped and fell in the bathroom because the bathtub is extremely high and does not meet safety standards. I requested a room change several times, but they refused. Housekeeping service is very poor. The bedding was dirty with blood stains when we arrived. They do not provide toothbrushes or shaving kits, which is unacceptable for a hotel with such a rating. The service is terrible, and there is no real concern for guest comfort. I absolutely do NOT recommend this hotel. It does not deserve the rating shown online.
