Elia Fatma Boutique Hotel Adults Only

A had a very lovely stay at the hotel. The staff were helpfull, caring and very polite. We had a great introduction to the hotel, it's facilities and our room. It's very clean and the breakfast was very delicious. I've been to many hotels, but this must be one of the best hotels I've meet because of It's staff and cleanness, which I think is very important to have on every hotel. The location is amazing, in the heart of chania.

The hotel is well-located in Old Chania. This places is 5/5 in friendliness and attentiveness of the staff. However, this is not ran like a hotel. The room we were in was too noisy, pillows were very bad, fungus in the shower, and the hotel ran out of towels for a couple hours so we had to bring our room towels to the beach and then were left without towels to shower.

Hey, wanted to give you a small feedback in regards to the cleaning stuff. I just wanted to use the 60 euro shampoo that I had with me in crete which was left in the bathroom and just noticed they empty the bottle and added water. Really not professional at all. This plus the restaurant issues when they took my plate just because I was called at the reception, considering it was the first time when I came to have breakfast which was literally some watermelon and a coffee and also the rude talking when I went at 7am for a smoke and then two of them stood in front of me and being super impolite telling me I don t have accommodation there. Also the mattress has Aspergillus fungus, check the image below.
