I stayed at this hotel and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and incredibly comfortable — you can really tell cleanliness is a top priority here. The amenities were top-notch, especially the pool's (Yes, they have 2 of them), which was clean, inviting, and a great place to relax. What truly made the stay exceptional, though, was the staff. Everyone was warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. A special shout-out to the property manager, who went above and beyond to ensure every guest felt cared for — their leadership clearly reflects in the team’s service. Overall, a fantastic property that I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or return to. It’s rare to find a place that gets everything right — but this boutique hotel does!
Nice and elegant 4 star hotel in South Sardinia. They have different buildings with a swimming pool in each one. In our building there were only 5 bedrooms, so we were almost alone in the swimming pool. The rooms are very large. They lack of wardrobe, so there are few space to leave the clothes. Breakfast is quite good.
My biggest complaint is the lack of control from the staff. For two nights in a row another room was blasting out electronic dance music from 7:30am! The reception staff are completely oblivious and did nothing to stop it. This is also a hotel where you can hear everything, from the moment breakfast is served you can hear plates and cups rattling constantly, people talking and walking, I honestly think the walls are made from paper. The SPA is expensive, it includes things like the swimming pool and Jacuzzi in the spa package but the swimming pool and jacuzzi are free to hotel users… so you’re paying for something you already have. On first impressions I really loved this hotel, it’s fancy looking the staff are presented very well. And the first couple nights were very nice. But towards the end of the week it filled up with rude guests who were not controlled. So I’ll finish with this, I do recommend coming here as my issues lie with other guests but if it’s this noisy in October it is most likely worse in summer. Positives - room service - bathroom (very nice shower but takes a while to warm up) - bed is huge and firm - beautiful olive tree from our ground floor balcony Negatives - Noisy in all aspects No smart TV. Unless you can speak Italian, local TV is not ideal. No iron and board. Thick layer of dust in the hair dryer wall bracket No instructions on how to use the safe (not a problem if you know already) Plug sockets are mixed so common EU adapters only worked in inconvenient locations like in the corners of the rooms away from the bed.
