Unbelievable beauty and service here in Sifnos. Every staff member was so kind and fun — Nikos and Giannis at the pool and bar especially. The setting is magical. The amenities were top-notch. It was the perfect R&R destination. We only wish we had more time.
High quality, beautiful surroundings and very friendly staff, this is a lovely place. Fab large swimming pool too. However our bathroom was poor quality for the price of the hotel. The food and drink is too expensive and the location is quite isolated.
They should try more to be able to be called a 5 star hotel. They gave us a different room that the one booked and tried to defend themselves with cheap excuses Like the photos they share are indicative and not what you book The room was not cleaned late in the afternoon and we complained about that Their response was that they clean the room until 23:00!!!!! Never saw that before.On the other hand 5 star hotels clean twice the rooms including night. Again another excuse from reception!!!They do not have enough staff!How come a hotel with that” fame” has not enough staff? The staff of the restaurant is very kind and friendly and good at their job. But the reception needs good training not inly on how to reply to the customers but only in English. Breakfast is very good.Location of the hotel is excellent based on the best beach of the island and pool is nice and bug right next to the see. Try more to get happier clients-although I don’t think you care about that!
