Great hotel with lovely staffs. I enjoyed my stay in this hotel, foods are delicious.. will surely come back and recommended to others

My family and I stayed for five days at a hotel that included breakfast and dinner. Although we decided to come after reading the hotel's reviews on Google, we were shocked by the overall service. The room was spacious and beautiful, but the pillows were extremely uncomfortable, and the bathroom ventilation was insufficient. The cleanliness was generally inadequate. While the housekeeping staff were kind, each one worked differently, and there were no consistent standards. The food was extremely disappointing. The breakfast was of poor quality and not up to the standard of a four-star hotel. As for dinner, the situation was disastrous. A limited menu was allocated for hotel guests in the restaurant, and this was not mentioned anywhere in the hotel's description. However, the food was decent. The worst part about the dinner service was the inconsistency; when the hotel had many guests, a low-quality buffet was offered, which did not match the general quality of the restaurant’s food. I suspect there might be a different chef for the restaurant and another for the hotel guests. The internet service was good, but the screens in the rooms were not smart, which made us feel bored during our time in the room. On a positive note, the staff were friendly and their service was excellent. I would especially like to commend Ms. Fatima, the dining room manager, for her outstanding service.

Bad hotel. Don’t go here. I called for room service multiple times and they never sent anyone to my room. Also they do weddings in the same building, so I had to hear loud music and bass the whole evening. Nothing about this hotel was 4-star worthy. Don’t go to this hotel. Save yourself the money.
