Great service and kind staff. Comfy beds and overall a great looking hotel, too. My favourite part is the art they have on the walls! Very beautiful! Some of which you can purchase if you wish. Breakfast was good, too. It was buffet-style and there was a great variety of meals, traditional (+ fasting) and Westerner style too. A very positive experience here. All the staff was extremely helpful and kind, and it has all the services (spa, sauna, barber, gym etc). The location is unbeatable honestly…right in the middle of Addis. The restaurants are good and not expensive. Recommended!
This hotel has everything that a traveler needs. The agent met me at the airport upon arrival and took me straight to the hotel. Check in was hassle free, I got a complimentary upgrade and the room was spacious. The bed was pretty comfortable. Bathroom was more than adequate even though the shower was in a very awkward position. Breakfast was excellent and they have a spa, gym, barber and health center. And I do believe this is the first time I've had a haircut in a hotel.
