Already here for 9 months. Pros: Best layout for 1 bhk among all elite residences Separate gym and sauna Pool available for kids and adult separately Plenty of parking space (3 levels including basement), even we can add more by requesting to management 4 elevators + 1 services elevator, all 24/7 fully operated except when daily cleaning on duty in the morning Next to nursery (Wonder years) Near pharmacy (bin sina), grocery marts and food stall (chai, wraps, pakora, samosa) Near bus stop (Arena tower) Cons: Sometimes fire alarm ringing due to error (approx 5 minutes) Guest parking is difficult

Very peaceful neighborhood, good furnished apartments will all world class amenities. The location of Elite 4 is an added advantage with a nice views of the landscapes around the building There are 2 bus stops very near to this building, a walk across the street can fetch you day to day needs from departmental stores

Security guard was came to beat me this is the protection for tenants….security for protection not for threatening…security guard said …I will show you…how come he can say like that …management should take action against this. I have complained already in police
