It's nice good

Truly a small wedding favor on the Roseto seafront. This accommodation truly deserves many compliments for everything that such a structure can offer. It starts with the kindness, thoughtfulness and courtesy of the owner who opens the ball so to speak to a very nice location, very clean and really well structured. Its precious position in front of the Roseto sea decorates this building where it is truly pleasant to spend your holiday or in any case your stay during any event. The breakfast buffet is rich and tasty so if you get the chance make your stop here. Free wi fi, sky.. really top..

I would like to start by saying that my review is intended to be positive and therefore an invitation to improve the hotel's offering. We stayed a few days and therefore some situations cannot be missed: - for car parking, there is not only the problem of the number but also of the limited maneuvering spaces. Even if it's okay for you to enter, it doesn't mean you'll be able to get out if you have a car parked nearby; - the storage of mattresses and various things in the garage is not a nice sight as it is at the main entrance (bikes, kitchen bins, rubbish and miscellaneous). I would say ugly to look at! - in the end there were only 2 usable bikes (disputed among those who arrived first to book them) and all the others were in the cellar for repairs. We are at the beginning of the season and therefore everything should be in optimal conditions! - our room unfortunately had a nice condominium in front still under construction! Perhaps to indicate in the description, whether sea view or not! - the main entrance is always open and unattended even at night. So anyone can get to the rooms!. - the staff was very kind this must be said and the rooms are also beautiful, clean and tidy. Thus the breakfast buffet also satisfies various needs. Thank you all!
