Elite City Resort

One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed for this price. 700€ a night and the room had none of the furniture advertised, two single beds connected, a small outdated TV and a “private” pool that is close to the parking lot. When I complained they actually told me that they cannot do anything and they cannot offer double beds for all rooms… Room service was rude and so some of the people at the reception. Avoid at all costs

I stayed here for four nights and, unfortunately, the experience didn’t meet expectations, especially considering how expensive the rooms were. Because it was high tourist season, the room rates were even more expensive, but the quality didn’t come close to matching the price. For the price, we expected something far more comfortable and updated. The entire property felt dated, with old, stained carpets throughout the hallways. We had reserved two rooms, and one had a very strong smell, like fish, likely from the kitchen below. We had to switch rooms, but the alternative was dark, with very little natural light and a disappointing view from the balcony. Not ideal, especially after already being inconvenienced. To make matters worse, the Wi-Fi stopped working for an entire day, which was frustrating since we needed it for work. The worst part was finding a cockroach in our room, completely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one charging this much. Overall, this stay was not worth the price. The hotel really needs to address its maintenance issues and be more transparent about the quality guests can expect. I hope management takes this feedback seriously.

The hotel located in front of the beach, nice pool, rooms are in bad condition,, the shower is broken, no double bed, a lot of ants , no phone to call reception, you need to go back and force to the reception to ask what you need. The manager of the hotel refused to credit part of the money after we complain. We paid 300 euro per night!!! Shaming
