So far so good, always room for improvement, friendly staff, especially housekeeping, looked after us well. Breakfast was limited but enough, tea in one pot, on a heat pad, as was all the food, never cold, unless it was fruit and cheeses and hummus. Juices drinks, variety of nuts, choice of cereal on offer.

A great hotel and the service is really good. Only thing I would like to say is the room service menu is a bit too expensive as it can be reduced a bit and also the food quality can increase a bit to match the current price. Other than that a superb hotel and great pool.

I had a disappointing experience with the booking management at this hotel. Due to a small mistake, I booked my stay for the wrong date (one day later than intended). When I realized the error, I immediately visited the hotel and politely requested if they could adjust the booking. Unfortunately, the staff refused to accommodate the request. As a result, I had to cancel my existing booking. When I tried to make a new booking immediately afterward, the manager told me that no rooms were available. However, at the same time, the Agoda app showed plenty of available rooms for the same dates. This inconsistency was frustrating and unprofessional. It felt like they simply didn’t want to cooperate or help, even though the issue was minor and could have been handled with better customer service. I hope the hotel management improves its attitude towards guest support and booking flexibility in the future.
