Elite Hotel & Spa

The location was very convenient, just a short walk from the T1 tram which took just 15 minutes to get into Venice. Rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. AC worked great which was paramount given the heat wave. Breakfast was good. The night concierge was awesome, enthusiastic and helpful!

Perfect location, just a 5-minute walk to the tram and bus stop, and only 15 minutes to reach Venice. The public transport was pretty regular, which made getting around easy. The hotel was very clean, and the bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was a bit chaotic, but there were plenty of options to choose from. Highly recommended!

Unfortunately, my stay at the hotel was not one of the best. We arrived at night, and although the receptionist was friendly and tried to be helpful, he was clearly disoriented and unprepared for our arrival. It seemed like he lacked experience or proper support. His kindness was the only positive aspect when it comes to customer service. Much worse was the impression left by the receptionist working the next day. She was rude, unfriendly, and acted as if dealing with guests was a burden. She showed no interest in providing good customer service, and her attitude was very unprofessional. For the price we paid, I expected a much higher standard – at the very least in terms of service. The hotel may have potential, but the lack of basic courtesy from some of the staff seriously affected the overall experience. Good customer service should be the hallmark of any hotel – unfortunately, that was not the case here. On the positive side, the breakfast was very good and the location is excellent – very close to Venice, which was convenient. However, the parking area is extremely small, which was disappointing.
