Elite Hotel Stockholm Plaza

While the room provided was small n dark but upon bringing to notice of reception it was changed following day with better room. I must say staff at reception & breakfast room were excellent - 10 out of 10 marks. We felt at home & comfortable. Must mention goodness of Tiffany, Zainab, Matilda, Ruveda, William. Their smiles & readiness to help we’re at super level.

The standard rooms are bit too small for 2, outdated and there is no AC available for the rare hot days in Stockholm. Breakfast is delicious with friendly staff but the breakfast room itself is too dark to really enjoy your breakfast. The staff is very friendly is very friendly and the location is great. So it's depending on what you prefer that you find this a good or rather average hotel.

A hotel that is not as good as it thinks it is, but does its best despite several handicaps. Firstly, location is great - 10 minutes walk from almost everything. The building itself is impressive from the outside and the staff are helpful and friendly. Unfortunately the rooms are tiny and cramped, especially the bathrooms where you have to stand on the spot to use the different appliances. Being an old building there is no AC and so on warm days the room is stuffing and you have to open windows. This means that you have a barrage of noise late into the night from revelers, motorbikes and kids racing their cars from the lights outside. Breakfast was fantastic though!
