I am very glad I choose this place. For some this may be to expensive for the stay (8 days) while visiting Taiwan. I can tell you I do value comfort as well privacy. It is eight minutes walk from MRT. There's a lot to see and do while in the area. I love my jogging in the A.M and it's a nice jog to Taipei expo as well as a cool walk. The host was kind and I appreciate that.

Avoid this place. Left after a few months into my contract for their serviced apartment. Linens were scratchy, smell is old and musty coming from half the drawers. Air conditioner was old and inefficient causing my electricity bill to be very very high. And to top it all off, one day the bathroom ceiling caved in and flooded everything. Luckily I didn’t have much in the room at the time. Only reason why this isn’t a one star is because of the location and how management gave me back my deposit and covered some of the previous electric bills

Beautiful place to live but the rules living there are a bit too much. Over Covid was forced to pay for all the facilities that were all closed Yes it was Covid but paid a premium for a pool I couldn’t use even thou it was residential only, a gym also even thou was residential only. And we paid for the extra cleaning as we couldn’t use the facilities Yes government regulations put in place and yes we needed to follow the guidelines but there was no reduction in the maintenance fees we had to pay even thou we didn’t get to use what we were paying for
