**Wonderful Stay with Excellent Staff Service** I had a very pleasant experience at this hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming and professional throughout my stay. I would especially like to highlight the receptionist, Friday, who was always courteous, helpful, and made the check-in process smooth and efficient. At the restaurant, Han and Dear stood out for their exceptional service and friendly attitude. They made every meal enjoyable with their attentiveness and warm demeanor. Overall, a great experience made even better by the wonderful team. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable stay with top-notch hospitality.

I recently stayed here and had a wonderful experience. The staff here is incredibly polite and friendly, always ready to assist with a smile. The breakfast menu was varied and delicious, offering plenty of options to start the day off right. The amenities were top-notch, with the highlight being the amazing swimming pool. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, and I was very impressed with the housekeeping service. I absolutely loved my time here. The location is perfect too, just a short distance from Patong Market, making it easy to enjoy the local attractions and shopping. The only downside I encountered was the occasional open sewer smell on the outside road, but this was not something that affected my overall experience too much.

Very nice hotel, worth staying if you get a pool access room. Pool is good with a pool bar that do nice cocktails. Staff very polite and helpful. Very very good restaurant! Rooms are spacious and clean. However the only downside is alot of large groups or families frequent who can be noisy at times. Had to knock next door room at 1am to ask to be quiet. Overall would go back and hope no noisy neighbours.
