Elite World Comfy Istanbul Taksim

We had a wonderful 7 day stay at Elite World Comfy in Taksim! The service was excellent, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and everything was very well organized. A special thank you to Melek and Serhat for their kindness and great service, they made our stay even more enjoyable. Also, many thanks to the manager Alper for his professionalism and hospitality. We truly appreciated everything and will definitely come back. Highly recommended!

never seen receptionist smile, welcome, positive reaction, etc. 👎🏿 Breakfast is less than poor. We didn’t now the hotel services till the departure time. not recommend for foreigners tourists. Rating : 2 STARS for hospitality. House keeping team are friendly and helpful 👍

Terrible Experience – Avoid This Hotel! I had an extremely disappointing stay at Elite World Taksim. First and foremost, despite the ongoing riots in the area, the hotel refused to issue us a refund—even after we provided an official statement from our embassy advising against staying there. Their lack of concern for guest safety was shocking. To make matters worse, the staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful. Any time we asked for assistance, we were met with attitude and indifference. It felt like they had no interest in making guests feel welcome or comfortable. As for the hotel itself, it’s in a terrible state of disrepair. It looks completely run down, and basic things like toilet doors don’t even close properly. For a hotel that markets itself as “elite,” it’s anything but. I would strongly advise against staying here—there are far better options in Istanbul where you’ll be treated with respect and won’t have to worry about your safety!
