The hotel deserves thanks and appreciation to both the staff of the Reception and the staff in the restaurant and also the cleaning. Everyone is kind and friendly. The hotel has a beautiful view of the sea directly.
This is a spotlessly clean hotel where I stayed for business in Samsun. Sea-view rooms, in particular, feel like the sea is in your room. Breakfast was delicious and sufficient. The staff was friendly and attentive. You can always stay safely.
Reception people were very rude and not comfortable to deal with at check out they charge me extra money they say because the exchange rate of euro even though the reservation fee was dropped down after I paid The breakfast was good but boring to have the same breakfast plate for 5 days no one item Les or more The dinner was bad and served cold The location is nice But over all the hotel is not good as it’s other branches And don’t worth it’s payment
