Taliye hanim cok yardimci oldu bana cok ilgilendi. Aycan hanim geldi odami guzel bir sekilde temizledi. The cleaners were friendly however the reception staff are unfriendly, not smiling and not accommodating. Any room service or order must be paid immediately, you can't pay out check out unless you leave deposit they have zero trust which is highly inconvenient. When I entered the shower gel and hand soap dispensers were empty. The mini bar was not topped up on my third night even though I requested. Reception staff need training on customer service and a smile will not crack their faces! Oh and food was terrible.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Elite World Istanbul Florya for eight nights, and I can confidently say that my experience has been nothing short of amazing. My room is spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the modern amenities you could ask for, ensuring a relaxing stay. One of the highlights of my stay has been the exceptional room service, particularly the outstanding service provided by Hayat and Sami. Both individuals have consistently gone above and beyond to ensure that my needs are met promptly and with a smile. Whether it's a late-night snack or a breakfast order, their attentiveness and warm demeanor have truly made my stay memorable. The hotel's facilities are impressive, with a lovely restaurant and various amenities that cater to every guest's needs. Though I haven’t had the chance to explore everything the hotel has to offer yet, I look forward to indulging in more of their services before my departure. Overall, I highly recommend Elite World Istanbul Florya for anyone looking for a luxurious stay with exceptional service. Thank you, Hayat and Sami, for making my experience even more delightful. We stayed in the twin room, which was quite clean and spacious. Facing the highway but it wasn't noisy at all. The swimming pool was being clean all three days we were there, which was a shame because it was one of the reasons I booked this hotel. But there was a good variety of saunas available, entry is complimentary to guests. Metro is a little far, maybe 15 minutes and you have to use a few roads without light and a footpath, so was a bit dangerous at night.
