Really wonderful service, attentive staff, beautiful pool, incredible gym facility, spa services were amazing & the salon on site was so helpful as I was here for work! Breakfast was delicious as well! The room was comfortable & top floor grill restaurant was really great, too! Highly recommend! I liked being on the Asian side of Istanbul and away from the crowds … but still close to local shops, restaurants and for me, work too.

I had an amazing experience at Elite World Hotel thanks to the outstanding staff. There was a very kind and professional young lady at the reception who spoke perfect Russian without any accent. She helped me with everything I needed, always with a smile and a warm attitude. I truly appreciated her support — and the small gift she gave me was such a pleasant surprise! Also, a young gentleman helped me order a taxi and even spoke to the driver on my behalf to sort out some issues. He took care of everything quickly and efficiently. Super hotel, super team — I’m absolutely impressed and grateful! Highly recommend!

Firstly, I'd like to show some appreciation to the breakfast staff. They were absolutely lovely, attentive and exceptional with our baby. The pool area was decent, also was the spa. We ended up booking a suite and it was definitely worth the price although should've opted for the sea view to make it even better. The top floor restaurant has some lovely views and is worth a visit. However, during our stay there was a challenging communication issue due to the fact some staff spoke very little English. The complimentary drinks and crockery were often never replaced, and we had to call daily to request this. Bed sheets were not replaced daily and cleaning of the room was quite appalling! Room service had difficulties understanding basic needs which was quite frustrating. One member of staff was constantly asking for "tip" and it seemed as this was the only word of english he knew. The level of service is something I would expect in an inferior hotel, yet the price I paid was unfortunately for a 5 star hotel.
