Elizabeth Hotel

Must be the largest king bed I’ve ever seen. Rooms are decent, breakfast buffet is above average, Pool is big but quite chilly and it tends to be windy there a lot when I was there in July. Lots of offerings in the neighborhood. Very walkable with decent sidewalks inTDM.

Hotel staff are accommodating and friendly. Rooms are okay, swimming pool is good. Food is great.

Unfriendly Reception Staff!!!! Our first day in Vietnam and we land in the most unfriendly hotel ever. Despite fully paid penthouse booking the reception staff was very cold and unreceptive. Our flight was delayed and yet we arrived 15 mins prior to the breakfast closing. Yet they denied us breakfast and asked to pay for paid breakfast. After much argument one of the server staff understood and talked to the chef and arranged some noodle plate for us. God bless him. Reception staff remained non-chalant and icy. We booked for two nights yet the next say when we asked for water bottle again they asked us to pay because it was day of our check out. It took is 1 hour to explain them that we only got bottle refill for one day despite paying for two days. We got our free water after an hour…. 😤. We stayed in end of March 2025. So if u r looking for a free insult complimentary with the hotel room tariff, book this place. Dear staff of Hotel Elizabeth, do visit any India hotel someday just to experience hospitality and what being in that business requires…
