The hotel is situated down an alleyway, located at its corner, and is approximately 3 kilometers from the old town, which required a taxi ride costing 14 Euros. The room, while compact, was comfortable, clean, and pleasant, featuring a comfortable bed with numerous pillows. The bathroom shower was a bit small, making it difficult to move around, but the water pressure was strong and satisfactory. The bedroom included large windows that could be opened for fresh air. Parking is available directly in front of the hotel in an open area, presumably monitored by CCTV; it is advisable to call ahead to reserve a parking spot, as they seem limited. The breakfast was adequate, offering a standard selection, but the staff provided efficient and attentive service.
I stayed at Hotel Elizabeth during a business trip due to a convenient location. The breakfast was honestly the worst I’ve ever had — no fresh bread, just toast, a few pieces of fruit, and cold cuts covered in flies. The room was worn out and not thoroughly cleaned, especially the bathroom. The walls are paper-thin, so you can hear everything — from your neighbour singing to flushing the toilet. Reception staff were polite but clearly inexperienced. Even the simplest tasks took far too long. I won’t be coming back.
I HIGHLY do not recommend this "hotel"!! The room smells unbearable of sewage... Breakfast is served from 7 a.m. My family and I were leaving for the airport at 6:55 a.m. The day before, I asked for croissants for breakfast on the plane (for the kids), they agreed, but on the day of departure, they weren't ready... I paid 25 euros for breakfast at the airport for the kids (which was paid for at the hotel). After returning the room key (we were waiting at reception for a taxi), my daughter wanted to use the restroom... the staff refused... claiming the restroom door was locked and they couldn't open it... 2 minutes after returning the room key... zero respect for the customer. The receptionist is always behind the screen never with people and doesn't care about the customers!
