My stay at Elizabeth Manor is extremely tranquil. The beds and rooms were very comfortable. The location is very private and secure. The staff is Absolutely Amazing and very Accommodating. The breakfast is amazing, they give you choices of what you would like. There is living room and dining area outside of your room for you to enjoy. Also there is a pool, and the outside surrounding it, is very relaxing. For the price you pay, you definitely will enjoy your stay. Make sure you tell the outstanding customer service of Belinda, David, Patience, and Catherine, that Jerome said hello. 🙏🏿🙏🏿🫶🏿
Great location, friendly staff. It does feel like home away from home! Their breakfast is 💯. However, their rooms need to be updated and reduce clutter.
Belinda, your service and poor excuses for dropping my paid for booking at the last minute are unprofessional and unacceptable! The excuse being that you accepted your guests who extended their stay above my paid booking? Professionalism would have been to decline the guests extended stay as I had already booked and paid my stay. My son is writing an international exam on 16 May 100m close to your guesthouse, hence the booking with you. You have inconvenienced us with your unprofessional service. No stars for your unprofessional conduct.
