above and beyond for any european hotel really. the game room alone is 100m2. was perfect for our 1 year old! thanks for taking the service in Spain to another level. will definitely come back

Three-night stay in the Junior Suite. Before our arrival, I sent two emails requesting a quiet room. I specifically mentioned that I did not want a room facing the Ramblas. I was very disappointed to find that we were placed at the corner of two streets and facing the Ramblas. The nights were therefore extremely noisy. We explained at reception that I had sent two emails. The employee on duty on Friday, May 2nd (a dark-haired woman who was not at all welcoming) told us that they had not received any emails. However, I booked directly through the hotel’s website. This is unacceptable. Positive points: the hotel itself is beautiful. The Junior Suite is spacious and of high quality. The breakfast is very generous. The lady in charge of the breakfast service is extremely professional and helpful. The bedding is excellent, parking is great, the hotel is clean, the pool is nice, and the spa is very good. The rooftop is beautiful, and the hotel is very well .

We were disappointed with our overall experience at the hotel, with the exception of our room, which was satisfactory. Unfortunately, the restaurant's menu offerings were limited and unimpressive. Additionally, the spa facilities were basic and lacked amenities. Furthermore, despite having a complimentary cocktail included in our package, the bar was closed during our visit. We were disappointed by the inconsistent service and hope that the hotel will take steps to improve its offerings.
